Are you hydrated? Dehydration increases headaches, fatigue and irritability. Try drinking more water. To meet your water needs, you need to consume at least one quarter of your body weight in plain water. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, that's 50 ounces of water. Carry a water bottle or glass to help remind you to drink.
